With two stunning beaches a stones throw away, you can try your hand at a number of water sports if you dare! In the swell of the Atlantic Ocean, get Surfing, and Kayaking. For those who prefer to be on the water rather than in it, try the calmer Canal on a Paddle boat or row boat!
If you’re early enough you might even join the locals who regularly take a dip in our historic sea pool at sunrise, wetsuit not necessary!

Bude has a serene and mellow side for those wanting to take it a little easier, reconnect and recharge. With so much coastline to explore, there is always somewhere to find a quiet spot and reflect. If you’re lucky, you may even see whales, dolphins, seals, buzzards, herons and the Egrets may be out and about too. Remember to bring your Binoculars!
