What time is Check in / Check out?

Check in is from 2pm and Check-out is 10.30. It is possible to arrive earlier and drop of bags and luggage, however you may not be able to have access to your room. Latest check in is 10PM.

Is there wi-fi?

Wi-fi is Free and available throughout the hotel and restaurant.

What time is reception open?

Reception is open from 7.30AM until 10.00PM During Low season or quieter periods, these timings may be reduced.

Do you have a bar?

We have a bar as part of our restaurant service. We do not have a separate bar area for just drinks. Although weather permitting, you can enjoy a tipple on the DECKING

How do I book the Restaurant?

We have The DECK Grill restaurant. Open from 4pm and last orders 8PM. The deck closes between 10 / 10:30PM . Advance bookings are strongly recommended via www.thedeckbude.co.uk We do not take telephone bookings.

Do you cater for Dietary Requirement?

Our Grill Restaurant is predominantly meat and fish, however, we are increasing the number of vegan and Vegetarian options and have a good selection which can be viewed on line. At breakfast we have a veggie and vegan options and have dairy, milk and gluten free alternatives too. It is always worth giving us a heads up in advance. We operate in a small conditions and cannot guarantee an entirely "Free From" environment. If you have a life threatening allergy , please call and speak with a member of our team prior to arrival.

Are dogs allowed?

Regretfully, dogs are not permitted in hotel rooms with the exception of Guide Dogs. Dogs are very welcome in the bar area of the DECK restaurant.

Is parking available?

We have very limited parking on our forecourt. We do not guarantee a parking space for you ahead of time or during your stay. We are very fortunate and have a number of very close public parking options.

What are the facilities in my room?

Hairdryer / USB Ports / Hospitality Provisions (Tea, Coffee) /Toiletries / Electric Heaters / Fridges (If you find the fridge noisy, simply unplug at night)

Will I be charge in advance?

We currently do NOT take a pre-payment / Deposit. Your card will however, be pre-authorised when you are within the cancellation period. This is not the same as a pre payment and is to ensure you have sufficient funds to pay, should you cancel within the cancellation period.

How can I pay?

We accept Visa Debit / Credit & Master Card We do NOT accept American Express or Diners Club International. Contactless payment is possible via your reservation with credit card. Cheques are NOT accepted

What time is Breakfast?

Breakfast is served from 8.30am - 10am. An earlier "Grab & Go" breakfast can be arranged prior for takeaway or to have in your room. We have a full buffet and hot breakfast included in most rates. If you have booked room only, you can book and pay for a breakfast at the time.
