What time is Check in / Check out?

Check in is from 2pm and Check-out is 10.30. It is possible to arrive earlier and drop of bags and luggage, however you may not be able to have access to your room. Latest check in is 10PM.

Is there wi-fi?

Wi-fi is Free and available throughout the hotel and restaurant.

What time is reception open?

Reception is open from 7.30AM until 10.00PM During Low season or quieter periods, these timings may be reduced.

Are dogs allowed?

Regretfully, dogs are not permitted in hotel rooms with the exception of Guide Dogs. Dogs are very welcome in the bar area of the DECK restaurant. Advance bookings are advised if you wish to bring your furry family

Is parking available?

We have very limited parking on our forecourt. We do not guarantee a parking space for you ahead of time or during your stay. We are very fortunate and have a number of very close public parking options.

Parking can only be reserved for Disabled Blue Badge Holders

What are the facilities in my room?

Hairdryer / USB Ports / Hospitality Provisions (Tea, Coffee) /Toiletries / Electric Heaters / Fridges (If you find the fridge noisy, simply unplug at night)

Do you have a bar?

We have a bar as part of our restaurant service. We do not have a separate bar area for just drinks. Although weather permitting, you can enjoy a tipple on the DECKING

Do you cater for Dietary Requirement?

Our Grill Restaurant is meat and fish, however, we have a few vegan and Vegetarian options which can be viewed on line. We also offer a veggie and vegan options and have dairy, milk and gluten free alternatives too. It is always worth giving us a heads up in advance. We operate in a small conditions and cannot guarantee an entirely "Free From" environment. If you have a life threatening allergy , please call and speak with a member of our team prior to arrival.

Do I need to book the restaurant?

Our Deck restaurant is open from 4pm - 8pm last table sitting. We close at approx. 10Pm. It is highly recommended to book in advance via the online booking system. Breakfast is from 8..30 am until 10am and does not require a reservation.

What are payment terms?

We currently do NOT take a pre-payment / Deposit unless you are booking within our cancellation periods, when the relevant payment will be taken at the time of booking. Advanced bookings require a valid credit card at the time of booking. This card will be pre-authorised once within the cancellation period. This is to ensure there are sufficient funds to be able to pay for room. Your card provider will reserve the funds on our behalf.

How can I pay my bill?

We accept Visa Debit / Credit & Master Card and cash. We do NOT accept American Express or Diners Club International. Contactless payment is possible via your reservation with credit card. Cheques are NOT accepted

What is the cancellation T & C policy?

Bookings cancelled 30 days or more are FREE
Less than 30 days or less is 1st night at full rate
14 days or less is 50% of total charges
7 days or less full charges will apply . As a small family business facing ever changing challenges, we have had to implement a strict cancellation policy. We will not accept cancellation due to weather, illness, car breakdown, appointments or pets etc....!!
We recommend you consider travel insurance, even if it's for a staycation as the unexpected can happen.
