Booking deposit terms
- Bookings made 15 or more days advance require a deposit in the amount of £50 per person
- Bookings made 14 days or less in advance require a deposit of 50% of the total price.
- Bookings made 7 days or less in advance require 100% payment of total price.
- Payments may be made by Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Maestro, Delta, Electron, Solo.
- Confirmation will be issued on receipt of deposit.
- Final account payable on departure (Cheques no longer accepted).
- Cancellations must be received in writing - You may telephone in the first instance
- More than 30 days notice - Full refund of any monies paid
- 29 days or less - Loss of deposit.
- 14 days or less - 50% charge of booking total will be applied.
- 7 days or less - Full charge of booking total will be applied.
- In the event of cancellation, every effort will be made to re-let your room. However, if this is not possible we regret that as a small seasonal business we will have no alternative but to charge the full balance less 20% for cost not incurred.
- We respectfully suggest that all our guests consider holiday insurance.
