- A deposit of £50.00 per person (Full payment for single nights) is required at the time of booking.
- Payments may be made by Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Maestro, Delta, Electron, Solo & Cheque.
- Cheques payable to 'the edgcumbe' must be received no later than 7 days after booking date or reservation may be released without notification.
- Confirmation will be issued on receipt of deposit.
- Final account payable on departure (cheques no longer accepted).
- Deposits are non refundable on advance bookings* unless 30 days cancellation notice is received.
- Deposits are non refundable for all other booking unless 7 days notice is given.
- Bookings made within 72 hrs of arrival require full payment and is non-refundable.
- In the event of cancellation, every effort will be made to re-let your room. However, if this is not possible we regret that as a small seasonal business we will have no alternative but to charge the full balance less 20% for cost not incurred.
- We respectfully suggest that all our guests consider holiday insurance.
